  • Do you do both inspections?

    Yes. Mark is licensed to carry out both Building Inspection and Pest Inspection and has been doing so for the past 20+ years.   No need for a separate Pest Inspector, as Mark can carry out both inspections.

  • Do I have to contact the Agent for access?

    No. We contact your Agent/owner and arrange a suitable time for access with the occupants.  Once this is confirmed, we will sms you on your mobile and email you confirmation, so you know all is booked in.

  • Do you have a Thermal Imaging Camera?

    Yes.  We do have a Thermal Imaging Camera.  All our inspections are carried out in accordance with the current Australian Standards.

  • When do I receive the reports?

    Reports are generally issued the next working day by email, directly to yourself.  If you wish for a copy to be emailed to your Solicitor, we can forward them a copy also.

  • Can I contact the Inspector to talk to him?

    Yes.  Mark and Michelle are both available to contact anytime to discuss the report findings or any concerns you may have in regards to the inspection.
